During these years, he has received immunosuppressive treatment with prednisolone, tacrolimus, and mycophenolate. He was admitted to the emergency department for focal epileptic crisis with secondary generalization.</p><p>The diagnostic approach of cerebral toxoplasmosis in immunocompromised patients is a clinical challenge, due to the great variability of associated signs and symptoms in this population and the high frequency of complications, which can confuse the diagnosis.</p><p> </p> ER -
